AIESEC in Skopje first existed under AIESEC Yugoslavia in 1953. In 1993, AIESEC Yugoslavia divided into separate entities, thus beginning the legacy of what is now called AIESEC in the Republic of Macedonia and its one sub entity LC Skopje. It all started with one committee in Skopje, and now has grown into three local committees and two initiative groups.
